Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap the fossil in its original protective padding and crate to ensure the specimen does not sustain damage during transit.

  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided return label to the package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our paleontologists verify the specimen's condition and authenticity, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
